Pricing

One euro per closed contract.

You pay in proportion to the work you do: €1 for every rental contract you close. The monthly minimum is €1 for each vehicle in your fleet, never less than €30 and never more than €100. No per-user licence. Updates included; support included up to 2 hours a month per company, beyond that on quote (fixing errors in the software itself never counts). Onboarding, training and data migration from your old system are quoted separately. External services you choose to switch on, such as qualified signatures, text messages and online payments, have separate usage-based costs. Artificial intelligence is included on credits, with a monthly cap written into the contract, or you use it with your own key.

Flat fee, per vehicle or per contract: what you really pay

Car rental software is priced in three ways. For the same work the bill changes a lot: for the other two models, put in the figures from the quote you have and compare 12 months, high and low season included.

The questions we always get

What counts as a contract?

A rental contract closed within the month, whatever its length, its value and the number of vehicles it covers. Quotes, bookings never converted and cancelled contracts do not count.

What if I close few contracts in a month?

You pay the minimum: €1 for each vehicle in your fleet, never less than €30 and never more than €100. We count the highest number of active vehicles in the month, read from the system. When your contracts exceed the minimum, you pay only for the contracts.

Does the price change if I add branches, vehicles or users?

Branches and users, no: they are unlimited and cost nothing. Vehicles only count towards the monthly minimum, €1 each between €30 and €100; otherwise you pay for the contracts you close.

What happens to the data in the system I use today?

We import it on quote, together with onboarding and training: customers, drivers, vehicles and open contracts go through a guided migration, with a check before going live.

Is my data mixed with other rental companies'?

No. Every company has a dedicated database, kept apart from other rental companies', with a daily backup kept for 15 days. That is also why you can export your data whenever you want.

How long does it take to go live?

30 days from signature to the first handover, with the data from your old system already imported. Onboarding, training and migration are quoted separately.

What would it actually cost you?

Tell us how many contracts you close in a month: we do the maths together, with no hidden subscription and no surprise at renewal.
