Privacy policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026. This notice explains what personal data we collect on this website, why we collect it and what you can ask us. It is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). 1. Who processes your data The controller is RICLOG, NIE Z4002038C, 35008 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spagna). For anything concerning this notice or your data, write to info@rilogi.it. 2. What we collect Data you give us. When you request a demo or subscribe to our updates we collect your email address and, if you fill them in, your company name and the size of your fleet. We keep alongside them the site language, the exact wording of the consent you ticked and when you gave it, your IP address in anonymised form and where the visit came from (search engine, campaign, referring site). Identification through an external provider. If you choose to identify yourself with Google, Facebook or LinkedIn, we receive only your email address from the provider. That identity opens no area of the site: the request still has to be confirmed through the link we email you. Browsing data. For every page viewed we record the page, the language, the referring site, any campaign parameters in the address, the device type, the country and your IP address with the last part zeroed (for example 203.0.113.0). We do not use cookies to count visits and we do not reconstruct one person's path. If your browser sends the Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we record nothing. Statistics with Google Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept the "Statistics" category in the banner, the pages load Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited, which uses the _ga cookies to recognise the same browser from one visit to the next and shows us aggregated data: pages viewed, time spent, where visitors come from, device, approximate country. Google Analytics 4 neither logs nor stores IP addresses, and its advertising features are turned off. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie preferences": when you do, we delete the _ga cookies and the tool is no longer loaded. Google keeps this data for no more than 14 months. Without consent, or if your browser sends Global Privacy Control, Google Analytics is not loaded. Customer area. If you are already a customer, signing in to the reserved area involves your credentials and the data of your licence and domain. Data collected from public sources. To offer NoloForWeb to rental companies we may collect from public sources (the company website, business registers, trade directories) the company's data and, where published, the name, role and business contact details of a contact person. When we do, we tell you in the first message we write to you, together with the source. 3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis — Answering your demo or information request: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). — Sending you the newsletter: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. — Contacting you again with information and offers about NoloForWeb, by email or by phone: the consent to be contacted you gave in the form (Art. 6(1)(a)) or, for business contacts found in public sources, our legitimate interest in offering the service to other businesses (Art. 6(1)(f)), which you can object to at any time. — Understanding which pages are read and where visitors come from: our legitimate interest in measuring the site in a non-identifying way (Art. 6(1)(f)). — Site security and abuse prevention on forms: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). — Accounting and tax obligations for customers: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). 4. Two-step confirmation Subscriptions are double opt-in: after you send the form you receive an email with a link. Until you open it the request stays pending, and it is deleted when the link expires. This is how we make sure the address is really yours. 5. How long we keep it — Demo requests and contacts: until you withdraw consent or ask for deletion and, failing that, no longer than 24 months from the last contact. — Subscriptions never confirmed: deleted when the confirmation link expires. — Browsing statistics: 12 months, then deleted automatically. — Sales contacts, including those found in public sources: no longer than 24 months from the last contact unless you become a customer. The address of anyone who asks not to be contacted again stays on a suppression list, for the sole purpose of never writing to them again. — Contractual and accounting data of customers: for the period the law requires. 6. Who else sees it The data stays on our systems and on those of the suppliers that keep them running: the hosting service, with servers in the European Union; the mail service we use to send confirmations, replies and sales messages (Google); for sales contacts, the artificial intelligence service of Anthropic (Anthropic PBC), described in section 9; only with your consent, the Google Analytics statistics service (Google Ireland Limited), described in section 2. They are appointed as processors under a written agreement and act only on our behalf and on our instructions. We do not sell or hand your data to anyone. 7. Transfers outside the European Union The mail service, the artificial intelligence service and Google Analytics may involve a transfer to the United States. For Google the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which Google is certified, also applies. It takes place under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, included in the suppliers' data processing agreements, and the further safeguards they provide. 8. Your rights At any time you can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw your consent: withdrawal does not affect what was lawful before. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom that works on its own, without writing to us. For everything else write to info@rilogi.it: we answer within one month. If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR you can complain to the Spanish supervisory authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) or to the one in the country where you live or work. 9. Artificial intelligence and automated decisions For sales contacts we use an internal tool, Sales AI, which relies on Anthropic's artificial intelligence service for two tasks: searching the web for public information about the company (business, locations, fleet size) and preparing a draft of the message to send you. We send the service the company's data, the contact person's name and role, the notes of the request and the messages already exchanged; we do not send it your email address or your phone number. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. The tool also computes a priority score for the company, used only by us to decide whom to contact first. No message goes out until a person has read and approved it. We take no automated decisions and carry out no profiling producing legal effects on you or similarly significantly affecting you. 10. Changes If we change this notice we update the date at the top; if the change matters, we tell you by email.
The cookies this site uses — technical ones and, only with your consent, statistics ones — have a page of their own.
