How to read this page
How is it measured?
Every 5 minutes the server queries each service; if it does not answer it tries again after 20 seconds, and only if the second try fails too is the service shown as an outage. Availability is the share of successful checks; days follow the UTC calendar.
What do I do if a service does not answer?
Report it with the «Report a problem» button in the rental system, or write to info@rilogi.it if the system will not open: blocking reports come first.
If everything stops, does this page say so?
No. The checks run from the same server as the rental system: if the whole server stops, this page stops too. In that case write to info@rilogi.it.
Are the authorities' portals included?
No. CaRGOS, SES.HOSPEDAJES, DGT and SdI are public services. If they do not answer, the counter is not blocked and the report can be sent again.
