You send us the exports
For each archive we give you a template to fill in: customers, drivers, vehicles, open contracts. Your current system's export works too: CSV, Excel or a copy of the database.
Moving the data is what worries people most. That is why the migration has a preview that writes nothing, a list of rejected rows with the reason, and a guided path that checks the setup step by step.
The 30 days we quote on the pricing page, from signature to first handover, cover all of this.
For each archive we give you a template to fill in: customers, drivers, vehicles, open contracts. Your current system's export works too: CSV, Excel or a copy of the database.
The preview reads the files and shows what would go in and what would be rejected, with the reason row by row. Nothing is written to the database.
The first-installation path goes through company, users, branches, services, vehicle catalogue, fleet and rates, and rechecks every step against the real data.
Once the archives are in and the rates checked, the counter is live. Contracts already running come over with the migration.
A missing column stays empty, and you can see it. It is never filled with one that looks similar.
The column mapping is saved: on the second export, even with a renamed column, you don't start from scratch.
Each import is a single operation: if something goes wrong, no archive is left half written.
Groups, models and images are imported from a package, with no duplicates even if the import is repeated.
Excess amounts and minimum ages that come with the groups are flagged: they are commercial terms and you confirm them.
Migration is quoted together with onboarding and training: we work through it with you, we don't leave you a manual.
Customers, drivers, vehicles and open contracts. The vehicle catalogue is imported separately; price lists and rates are set up together during configuration.
No. Until you are ready you keep working with your current system: the migration is tried and repeated before the switch.
We start from a copy of the database or from whatever the program can save to Excel. With a real sample we tell you straight away what can be recovered.
Send us a sample export, even with names blanked out: we tell you what goes in, what needs fixing, how long it takes and what it costs.
